Eliane Eggler

My purpose is to prevent traumatizing incidents from happening to children as a result of the court systems ordering children to see or part-time live with their addict/abusive parent. Child protection agencies and family law courts typically wait until a traumatizing event happens before “protecting” children. In most cases what has already happened, prior to coming to authorities’ attention, is enough. The question is, whether or not what has happened can be examined and presented with the required awareness and knowledge.

Hi, I’m Eliane

I’m here to prepare you for court and equip you and your attorney with scientific facts and tools that protect your children from being traumatized by the family law court system.

I’m a coach and lawyer, linking family law with science.

I specialize in children’s rights as it relates to parents in active addiction and abuse.

I’m delighted you’re here

I help individuals and parents who are willing to heal from unhealthy relationships to break free from destructive dynamics so they can call in wellbeing.
Knowing what’s theirs and what is yours, having the ability to recognize when things are being projected on to you…
When an addict or abusive partner portrays you as sick, is it that you’ve come so far off balance within a toxic dynamic that you no longer want to be in?

Is family law safe for children?

Have you  been wondering if leaving an unhealthy relationship is actually more dangerous than staying in one? Does the thought of leaving your children alone with an addict/abusive parent post separation keep you up at night?

Are you realizing that law alone cannot protect children’s integrity  and meet the needs of worried parents?

Have you ordered a child to see or live part-time with a parent against their will or even though you knew there was a high probability that the parent was not safe to be with for the child?

Activist for children’s rights

I teach about alcoholism and drug abuse as it relates with domestic violence, sexual abuse and coercive control within family systems.

I educate on how children’s development is shaped by addict/abusive dynamics within the family.

I coach individuals who are ready to heal from co-addiction and move beyond abusive relationships, ending trauma for themselves and future generations.

I support individuals who are willing to claim wellbeing for their life for themselves and their children.

I guide individuals through high-intensity situations, enabling them to experience what it feels like to navigate from a place of inner clarity and stability.
