Healing the wounds that invite unhealthy relationships
Being in relationships mixed up with addiction, co-addiction, control, and violence can leave you feeling like you’re caught in a spider’s web, with no clue how to get out.
When we’re stuck, our ability to connect with our desire is what’s going to propel us out of a place we no longer want to be in.
I combine direct coaching with specially designed writing exercises to help you access things long buried in your subconscious mind – things that are still actively at work, and powerful enough to lead to the manifestation of situations you don’t want.
Your responses to the writing exercises will become like a treasure map that shows you where you need to dive deep so that you can re-emerge carrying jewels of insight.
Direct coaching helps you process and puts you on a movement trajectory, so that you continuously get to experience the new you.
Even on its own, awareness transforms like nothing else I’ve ever experienced; the key is to initiate a cleansing process that takes care of itself. Once this happens, you’ll inevitably see the world through a different lens, and you’ll be able to shift perspectives.

Family System Healing
The pathway to getting out of unhealthy relationships and staying out of them.
Getting Out of the Spider’s Web
The Horizontal
Step 1:
Where are you now?
Getting a clear view of who you are beyond a collection of the unsolicited advice, opinions, projections, expectations, and social conditioning that you’ve been disoriented with – aligning with your desire.
Step 2:
What happened there?
Reviewing your relationship history and shedding light on where and how addiction, co-addiction, control, and violence showed up in your life – understanding what’s going on beneath it all.
Step 3:
Unweaving Patterns
Identifying your own relationship patterns and how they interweave and match those of others – getting out of the Spider’s Web, shaping your reality proactively.
- Where we can start shaping a legal case for you and your children
- Trauma prevention on the developing brains of children / Ending multigenerational trauma
The Vertical
Step 4:
Bright Lights
Learning about typical relationship dynamics under active addiction, co-addiction, control, and violence; understanding unconditional love, forgiveness, and boundaries – anchoring in something that is bigger than yourself.
Step 5:
Open Heart with Backbone
Experiencing the new you, observing what’s going on around you without getting pulled back in, realizing that it’s entirely too easy to get caught in the Spider’s Web again – practicing self-love, self-care, self-respect – inspiring others.
Step 6:
Healing
Letting the past be the past, carrying your experiences but not their burdening energy, accepting that you are not what happened to you but what you choose to become – you are the creator of your life experience…
